In my artwork, I intend to capture a retro, past lifestyle and objects. I like how everything of the past has more life, more heart, and more meaning in the object itself, even though it’s just a radio or a guitar. My goal is to transport my viewer back to what America was. That thought is what I try to convey for my viewer. I try to bring a mood of loneliness or a feeling of real American life with a quirky scene or idea using strategic colors to bring the classic Americana to my viewers.
